Description

A quick little device I whipped up that basically converts remote control to modulation.

Use this for pre-Live 12 modulators/LFOs/etc., so that you can use the new modulation mode with older modulators that haven't been updated.

Step 1. Map any modulator to one the inputs of Remote2Mod.

Step 2. Map the corresponding output to anything you want to modulate.

Step 3. Enjoy still being able move that knob!

Changelog:

1.1 –

- added linking inputs to the above channel (through switches)

- various ui tweaks

great idea. thanks for making this.
    one idea:
how about a through switch on each subsequent MAP input so you can optionally pass the modulation from one target to the next without mapping each one by one..

Greats ! thanks a lot, it's very usefull for macro too. Macro can act like remote control, and let us still being able move the original knob.
It's strange that Ableton didn't make a option for the macro.

A version that live see's as a MIDI effect instead of an audio effect would also be awesome, if possible. It would make using it in effect racks convenient with some other MIDI modulators / hardware interfaces that haven't been updated.
