Description
The Octave Randomiser is a midi effect that randomises the octave of incoming midi notes and can distribute them to specified Live tracks via its sister 'Receiver' device. The idea is based upon Arvo Pärt's piece, Solfeggio (1963), where an ascending C Major scale is performed, but the notes are displaced by octave and distributed amongst a four part choir, generating all sorts of beautiful, unique voicings.
