ChopChop is a fun and free device - great for rhythmically slicing up breaks, drum loops, or what have you - quick and easy. Drop a loop, set the loop length, make sure Ableton's transport is playing, and twist the knobs into glitchy choppy delights. Turn an old breakbeat into something new and wild. Cut up vocals into interesting stabs. Create new things - that's the goal. Many thanks to Ned Rush for inspiring this device with this brilliant teachings and loop chopping mastery.
