Filter a singe CC controller on a specific MIDI channel.

My MS-20-Controller sends out unpredictable controller messages on one knob. To suppress this controller, i wrote this litte device.

Just what the doctor ordered for my old Roland D20 to filter out those "all notes off" messages on CC123.
