M4L device for storing Boss ES-8 Patches

Features:

Store or Transfer Bulk Dump Messages within Ableton as presets and with Live Sets, allowing you to fill up your hard drive with as many patches as you like.

Change the Bank/Patch from within Live, made to use the same number scheme as on the ES-8, also optimised to be controlled from a Push.

Can be set up to Send PC messages on track arm, for automatic changing of Patches, super useful if you use multiple patches in a project

The ES-8 SX is an audio device, so you no longer have to have a separate midi track set up to send PC messages to your ES-8, instead just drop it on your guitar track and go

Note that a Track needs to be armed in order for it to receive/Send MIDI to avoid accidental over-wiping.

Also I haven't tried this with an ES-5 so I can't promise it'll functional, but will be useful to know if anyone wants to try it
