I made this device so I can automate Midi program changes without creating a dummy MIDI track. I have one Midi track playing arpeggiated Midi information from another track and want to change sounds independently- this device filters out in the incoming program change info and sends program change commands that are mappable to 5 individual buttons or a single button cycling through the steps . Set to Midi channel one, can be easily expanded to more than 5 program changes
