Description

The purpose of this patch is to kill the screen of the Push 2 to gain CPU ressources while replacing it witch a tablet/phone solution (Lemur, TouchOSC…)

When you use you’re push while monitoring you’re CPU usages, you can see that "Push2DisplayProcess.app" (on mac) is using some ressources.

The patch is moving a folder called "Base" (which is inside the Push2DisplayProcess) out of the Live folder structure to prevent the app to start as we plug the push.

when you want to use it again, it put it back to it’s orginal place

I’m not using imp.push because it seems that it work only if the push is not used as Control Surface (in the midi live preference)

So if you still want to native function of the Push 2 without losting some ressource because of the screen, use this device
