*** Fixed some bugs with the presets, changed the parameter names and sub channel names (should now be stable)

*** Pan changed to controller numbers 70 - 85 and output 0 - 127 (7 Bit)

Because there are 32 High Resolution Controllers but one pair is used by Bank Change (0,32) only 31 are left. So its not enough for 16 x Gain and 16 pan. The resolution of the Live parameter is still hi resolution to have that resolution in place if there will be an additional "protokoll" implementation eg. HUI , MCU.

Works now as intended middle position is the preset. fader to the left fades to the preset - 1 fader to the right fades to preset + 1
