Description

A compressor that divides the frequency spectrum into multiple frequency bands and compresses them individually. This way you can just compress problematic frequencies without sacrificing the rest of the spectrum.

very interesting and useful device. When used subtly, you can tame a drum loop that has a unbalanced audio. For example a hip hop loop with the kick being too boomy or way louder than the rest of the elements. A Ratio of 10 or so, pull threshold down to tast.
