gd-shepringmod is a Max For Live device that I originally created in the Max/MSP Pluggo environment in 2003 & updated for M4L in 2024. This plugin uses a bank of “Shepard tone sine waves” to ring modulate the incoming audio. You can control the speed, pitch center, drop off & interval spacing of the Shepard tones. There is a visualizer for the Shepard tones as well.
