@lek. Thanks for checking out Retake. Could you email me with your Live version number and what you are seeing when using the device? My email address is jimmy @ the URL listed above.

Hey Jimmy, thanks for your reactivity, fortunately it's working now! DOn't know what happened but now it's working perfectly, even inside groups etc...
Don't know if you plan an update but maybe an option to avoid recording while a clip is playing in the track would be perfect.
And why not a retake for all the midi clips in the session? :) would be awesome.
Very good device, was waiting for something like that for ages, I'll recommend it!

Oh and yes, if you have instance son several tracks you have to stop global play to be able to use retake on a different track when you change your am track.

@lek Thanks for the update. I'm glad it's working. I hadn't considered some of the your observations so I appreciate the feedback. Expect to see some of those changes in the next update.

this is great - took a second to find the clips, they only appear in the session view, and you have to drag into arrange view but great stuff. I wish it captured sustain pedal messages - because if you play an expressive part say with Piano, it will only capture the midi notes, and not sustain. Any chance that can be added?
