Stuttlay is a stutter-delay fx to create stutter-type effects, custom-panned delay lines, and stereo spread sounds.

All parameters are mapped to Push knobs and midi mappable.

- IN: Note played input volume

- PAN A: Panning position of TIME A

- PAN B: Panning position of TIME B

- TIME A: Delay line A from 0 to 1000 ms

- TIME B: Delay line B from 0 to 1000 ms

- WET: Global wet effect amount
