No more MIDI Control Center...

Control over more than just gates and pitch...

Unfortunately...no blue LEDs.

The official control surface script was released with the Ableton Live 9.5 update. You must have this in order for this device to work properly.

For proper setup and general operation help, click the "?" button next to info.

Pretty straight forward stuff.

oooops , it was working until i downloaded the last max (7.3.3)
now no more lights on the beatstep .....

Hmmm...might have to update and re-save the project myself. Think I am on a slightly older version of max.
Keep an eye out on the updates section here for BetterBeatstep to pop up to the top.
In the meantime, maybe try a reboot and restart of everything?
There really shouldn't be any backwards compatibility issues, but I'll have a look and see when I'm in the studio this afternoon.

Updated and saved with 7.3.3. Was working right off the get for me.
Make sure you have the "Enable" toggle turned on as well.

works fine now , just had to make Beatstep input remote ON

First of all: Amazing stuff! Really like the approach and in fact exactly what i was looking for. BUT: The Patterns aren't saved. Do I have to bounce all the sequences to clips before exiting and obviously saving?

Works great in 9 but no red light feedback in 10! Any fixes?

I'll have to look into it. I have it working in 10...don't know if I had to make any changed. Might be a minute before I can investigate.
