Description

A Simple little utility that adds or subtracts to the incoming velocity.

Note that this is very different from the Ableton Velocity MIDI effect. This does a simple addition/subtraction by a value, and then limits it to a value between 1 and 127. Ironically enough I couldn't figure out how to do that with the Velocity MIDI effect.
