Description

XYXF is a 4-way vector based crossfading device, and is free for you to download and use/abuse! (Though if you have fun and would like to buy me a coffee I would not be offended!).

The idea is to use the X/Y pad to blend (crossfade - XF) between any 4 audio tracks in your Ableton set. This allows for a range of sound manipulation from subtle smooth morphing, to wild automated chopped up rhythmic effects.

The source tracks can be whatever you like, so your imagination is the only limitation, it works well cutting/blending different drum breaks or adding a different effect to each corner and using the X/Y pad to blend between them. Add instant movement to bass sounds or create beautiful evolving pads.
