Description

Emulates a DJ scratching sound by moving a playhead over a sample. You can control the playhead using Ableton’s automation, an external MIDI controller, or the built-in LFO. Use a MIDI note to ‘cut’ the sound in and out.

Thanks ! Really great to scratch with this device (with the Push Pitchbend or Modwheel via Expression Control)

(and works well on the push 3 standalone)

Cheers @slyan! And thanks for confirming about the Push 3 :)

Man, that's a very cool device, kudos. But why when I reload the project I get everything in LOCK? Will it still not work when loading the live set? and even if I map it to a third-party LFO, it still stops working over time. Macbook Pro M1pro

@MaxDetal - yeah, the 'Lock' button settings aren't saved with the project, so you would need to manually disable this again when you load your project again. All the Lock button does though is sync the LFO start/stop with Live's transport / Play button. Turning it off just lets the LFO run freely, regardless of whether your project is playing or not. Saying this though, I'm not sure I fully understand the issue you're having. If you'd like to contact me by email ([email protected]) with some more details, I'll do what I can to help! :)
