gd-multiplier is a Max For Live device that I originally created in the Max/MSP Pluggo environment in 2003 & updated for M4L in 2024. Similar to gd-cascadedelay & gd-delaypyramid, this effect uses a series of delays with shifting delay times which are randomly triggered by the incoming audio signal. The only control here is gain. It creates a lovely spatial cloud from the incoming audio.
