Miditax is just a simple random midi reduction device that was hacked together using parts nicked from a couple of devices made by people that actually know what they're doing.

It's pretty useful tho, stick it after an arpeggiator and set the amount of taxation about halfway and it creates some nice note stealing. Or after a hi hat playing 32nds etc.

Updated with the fix kindly donated by Prebentious, I have yet to get my head around exactly what you did in the patcher but it works well now. Thanks muchly.
