Introducing NØTE Edit, a precision toolkit for transforming MIDI clips in ways Live simply doesn’t allow. Whether you're tweaking melodies or reworking rhythmic ideas — NØTE Edit gives you the power to go deep.

Most actions in NØTE Edit are based on selecting MIDI notes, either single or multiple. And you can apply the transformations independently to Pitch or Rhythm — giving you tons of flexibility and control.

Key features in NØTE Edit:

🎼 Inversion [Pitch] – Invert your selected notes around a reference point. Choose between:

Diatonic (respects the clip’s scale)

Chromatic (ignores scale)

Reference options include Root, First Note, Outermost, or Custom Pitch.

🔁 Rotation [Pitch / Rhythm] – Rotate note positions forward or backward, reshuffling melodic or rhythmic structure. With optional quantization for preserving the selection's duration.

↩️ Reversal [Pitch / Rhythm] – Instantly reverse melodies or rhythms to create retrogrades and rhythmic inversions.

🎹 Mapping [Pitch] – Remap selected notes from one scale to another with a custom algorithm that minimizes awkward or duplicate note outcomes.

You can also pull the active scale from the MIDI clip and apply the destination scale directly if needed.

The device is built and tested for Live 12.
