useful for mix notes

i use ocenaudio (free) for adding cues to files

known issues:

- set needs to be paused when u drag/drop the file

- will delete your current locators (this was by design so it replaces prior mix notes)

**i made this like a year ago sry if theres bugs. i want 2 force myself to share imperfect stuff
