- ms2hz algorithm changed to less CPU hungry

1) Sick calculator (BPM 2 Ms&Hz) - Shows time and frequency of notes for current BPM.

2) Sick calculator (BPM after pitch change) - Shows BPM after pitch changing.

3) Sick calculator (BPM change by Pitch) - Shows amount of pitch change needed to move from BPM1 to BPM2.

4) Sick calculator (BPM change by time-stretch) - Shows amount of time-stretch needed to move from BPM1 to BPM2.

5) Sick calculator (Constant BPM pitch shifting) - Shows amount of time-stretch needed to apply before pitch change to have an unchanged BPM.

6) Sick calculator (Pitch and Frequency) - very simple converter from pitch values to frequency values and vice versa.
