This is just the filter from my Noise Generator mr, turned into an audio effect. The instructions for the noise generator mostly apply here too, and the blog has more information on usage.

What do you get? You get 16 resonant filters and control over four of the most useful parameters, and then LFOs let you modulate them. That's a lot of LFOs, and a lot of filtering. Each of the 16 filters has separate gain sliders arranged in a block.

Repeat the above for the other channel, then use LFO-controlled panning to place them in stereo.

Nothing here quite works the way you might expect. The Frequency control moves all the filters up and down on the frequency axis, whilst the gain sliders control each filters output, and are not a filter shape or pass-band control, despite the appearance. They are more like controls over harmonics in an additive synthesizer. The Q control works for all the filters at once.

Lots of LFOs, lots of control, and lots to explore. I could say a 'maze of twisty little passages'...
