Velociraptor is a plugin I designed to match a MIDI Note and Velocity range and then provide a new floor / ceiling velocity for the outgoing MIDI note. The problem I was specifically trying to solve was a way to change specific MIDI note velocities without affecting the others. Use the randomizer to select a random value off the floor or ceiling (% of the range between floor and ceiling)
