here is a new and improved set of orchestral templating tools! inside the .zip you will find 3 new max for live midi devices:

1. a send (keep in it's own track, use only 1 per project. don't name any other tracks "midiin")

2. a receive (place to the left of your vsti)

3. a cc convertor tool (bonus. convert from one cc to another)

4. you will also find some .als examples that utilize these devices for you to study.

i am a commercial composer and create midi mockups on the regular with these tools. they have really sped up my "idea-to-reality" workflow. they've made iterating and making changes go quickly. i use them extensively with kontakt libraries but you can use them with any plugins you like(east west, cardinal vcv etc). the included .als files are templates for the free bbc discover tool. that way anybody can get a feel for these tools and a sense of the easy workflow these tools provide.

there's also a manual .pdf inside the .zip that explains just about everything.

also, im fairly new to whole the api/lom thing so surely there will be some bugs. but i think if you follow the basic rules (only 1 send device per project, only 1 track called midiin containing said send device), then you should be good to go! however, feel free to report any weird issues in the comments below.
