Description
shhh is a Max for Live audio effect device that plays back the quietest or loudest slice out of 4 stereo input sources, independently in the left and right channels, with a variable slice time for computing loudness.
shhh specializes in the real-time synthesis of otherworldly crackles, cuts and clicks, and musique concrète passages. Through its performance controls, the user can explore the chaotic, fluid boundary between their sound sources and a deterministic slice selection algorithm.

I got some really cool results by using a break beat, and then three random funk samples. Spewed out a really wonky, funky, mess of a groove.
i got really incredible resampled results by throwing some loops in basically at random, trying different combinations of them, mapping the Size and Fade knobs and volume sliders within Shhh to a MIDI controller, and slamming the whole thing into a Doom Compressor (https://maxforlive.com/library/device/7050/raw-doom-compressor).
i got some really amazing material that i haven't heard from another device. fantastic work!
