Steps is a Max for Live step sequencer modulator device. Inspired by Eurorack modules, Steps sequenced modulation signal can be mapped to any of Lives parameters.
Dial in step count and sequencer rate, or randomize step values to add interesting rhythmic modulation. Steps can not only add a layer of rhythm to your tracks, but the step sequencer itself can be a powerful engine of musical development.
Automate Steps parameters to let the modulation play a key role in your tracks, and encounter happy accidents along the way.
