Description

Reverie – A dreamy reverb for creative minds

Reverie is a minimalist yet powerful reverb designed to add depth and atmosphere to your sounds effortlessly. With just three intuitive controls (Time, Amount, and Filter), plus a pan control (the triangle), you can sculpt lush, immersive spaces, from subtle ambiances to infinite, drifting echoes.

Designed for modulation! Reverie is built to be modulated by Flexion, just like Tangence, allowing dynamic movement, evolving textures, and spatial depth in your sound.

Reverie is powered by the nw.gverb algorithm, developed by Nathan Wolek (LowKeyNW). This reverb engine is known for its rich, spacious sound and efficient processing, making it a great choice for creating immersive ambiances.

I like how the reverb responds, a cristal clear tail. But man, the stereo image of the wet signal is way too wide for my taste. TBH I got a bit dizzy in front of my near field monitors, because the wide reflection is just not natural and the brain has a hard time to process the information. Is this just me?

Yes, nothing natural about this effect! This device is designed to open up the space in an unreal and immersive way, not to be a transparent reverb like so many others. It all depends on the style you’re going for, but the idea here is to explode the stereo field for a more ethereal and expansive sound.
