Description

Multiswap is a pitch remapping tool that transforms up to eight input notes into new target pitches, with optional probabilistic and count control for each transposition lane. By adjusting swap probability and count-based conditions—including every-nth note transpositions with invert and offset options—you can introduce subtle or radical pitch variation into existing MIDI material. With a default setting of 1-to-1 remapping, Multiswap behaves predictably, but combining probabilistic and periodic settings opens up a wide range of expressive, semi-random transformations ideal for evolving patterns and controlled variations.
