Fast, punchy FET-style compression for Ableton Live.

cphn - fetty is a Max for Live compressor/limiter built around the familiar behavior of aggressive FET dynamics: fast grab, forward tone, punch, attitude, and a gain-reduction meter that makes it easy to see how hard the device is working.

What it does:

- Uses a gen~ DSP core for the compression and tone path.

- Includes a custom JavaScript gain-reduction/VU display.

- Offers ratio behavior inspired by classic FET compressor workflows, including aggressive modes for parallel and effect-style compression.

UI guide:

- Input: drives the compressor harder. More input means more gain reduction and attitude.

- Output: trims level after compression.

- Ratio: choose the compression character, from gentler control to aggressive limiting.

- Color: adds harmonic density and tone.

- Meter: shows gain reduction so you can set compression by feel.
