an additional patch for SeqCollection user.

This is a 16 step sequencer, which is inspired by Dark Time by Doepfer.

v1.02 fixed save/load issue

Hello,
I tried to make other playback modes.
So far only forward playback mode works fine.
If I find a good way , I will update it.
