Adapted to work with Monomod. Presets saved with Live. I probably changed lots of stuff from the original, its been a while since I worked on this. A quick and dirty port, but I think everything is stable with it. Let me know if there are any issues.

.93 @ 071510: Updated GUI and made changes to preset system. Added new timing engine. Added swing bypass.

.94 @ 090610: Added compatibility to monomod_b94 and the new autoconfiguratin system.
