Description

Volca CCtrl allows you to assign up to three individual MIDI control change values to eight macro controls and output them directly into any of the Korg Volca series instruments; or any other MIDI-CC-compatible hardware. The eight macro controls will be mapped automatically to any dedicated Ableton Live MIDI control surface (Push, APC40 etc.) or, alternatively, can be easily mapped to any other MIDI controller using Ableton Live's MIDI mapping protocol.

A set of up to nine presets can be stored using the [preset] object to the right of the patch, while these preset sets can be stored and recalled using the "save" and "load" buttons. To save a preset in the [preset] object simply shift-click on any of the nine available squares; click on the same square again to load that preset.

In addition, the "volca fm vel." button facilitates velocity sensitivity for the Korg Volca FM synthesizer from an external MIDI controller, which is not supported as standard.

*Update amends minor issue regarding velocity sent to Volca FM being that of the previous note and not the current note - noticeable when playing a loud note followed by a quiet note or vice versa.
