Cut-off it is an audio effect that combines a lowpass and a highpass filter. 64 value (your knob middle) the filter does not alter the incoming audio signal. When descending, from 63 to 0, starts working the LPF. and increasing from 65 to 127, the HPF acts.

Ideal for live performers and djs. Put it in your master ....
