Description

This is a MIDI sequencer based on a combination of an LFO and sample & hold. The LFO can be free running or synced to the transport, and can also be reset after a defined period, or left free running.

The LFO is sampled at either a synced clock rate or when triggered by MIDI input. MIDI input can also transpose the LFO and velocity from incoming MIDI can be added to the internally generated velocity.

The MIDI notes generated have a length defined by the device. There is a nice display that shows the sampled value of the LFO before it is pitch scaled by the range slider on the right of the device.

You can generate all kinds of sequences from tight arpeggios to strange endlessly evolving sequences, to wonky acid lines. It sounds great with a Scale device after it if you want things more harmonic sounding
