Description

VowelForm is a 5 bandpass formant filter. The formants values are referenced as in Csound Appendix D. Formant Values.

At the core it has a nodes object. which smoothly interpolates between formants. And with its slick design, Vowelform gives a pretty packed feature-wise but still user friendly workflow.

Dedicated Q, Gain values with min/max ranges for each formant/ Dedicated Vocal Range for each vowel.

Proximity mode for Q values.

Compression tied to Q values.

Morphing parameter between values in three different settings: Mirror/Shift/Odd-Even

Detune up to 2 voices (stereo) and width control.

This plugin is very well thought. I didn't really realise how much actual customization it can provide under the hood. and those min max pop ups are just an awesome little touch

One of the best formant filter I have tried. The sound is clean and interesting from a music producer's point of view. I am looking forward for further versions.

⁩I think this is the best formant filter on the market out there. Compared even to the kilohearts one. The sound of it is pure and not contaminated. if it's your style. I guess we'll have to wait for filters update as the creator said.

A fresher, stimulating way to interact with formant filters, with flexible controls and a mind-blowing interface. This device is definitively a great sound sculpting tool. Ridiculous price for so much fun!
