This is a learning tool. It updates my previously posted 2-Operator FM PM demo synth. I'd recommend viewing that one first before moving onto this, as the patching is a little more clear when viewing.

This implements a serial algorithm: C->B->A->OUTPUT

I made this to gauge if FM/PM equivalencies held true with a complex modulation source rather than just a sinusoid. Both operators B and C use operator A (carrier/keyboard frequency) as their calculation base.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE MOD INDEXES ON PM!! I really had to goose the range in order to hear the effects in FM mode, but of course on the PM side the mod index works as normal. A 200x mod index is not pleasant to listen to in PM synthesis though! (Ask me how I know...)
