Description

Spatial Transient Tracker is a M4L audio effect that automates routing to different outputs based on exceeding a user-defined threshold.

The device is to be used in an 8-channel speaker environment designed to work mainly with percussive and distinctive short transients.

Users can set a volume threshold; once the threshold is exceeded, this triggers a change to the audio output destination. Users can choose 3 different patterns for routing audio, and has a randomisation function.

This is the first version of this patch. Updates will be made. We invite the Max community to use the code however you see fit; if you want to take it apart and change anything, please feel free. Go wild, this is open source.
