2.1 Added UI scaling 

2- completely rewritten in JS,

made the tool into a popout ui

using a binary number you can create a pattern for up to 8 pitches

it has the ability to use logic operations between the "Lanes" on the binary pattern created not necessarily the notes created

options to increase the size of the pattern to repeat and fill the clip and to make notes legato or quantized per Lane.

at the bottom of each lane is a display showing the binary pattern, it can be useful to get an idea of how its working.

1.2 Bug fix. BinaryTool no longer outputs notes until a parameter has been changed. Previously it would add notes to a clip unexpectedly when selecting a clip after opening a project.

Note are wrapped around within the selected time range.

Offset added, With offset selected the notes can be offset by a chosen amount.

 Made a MidiTool Generator based on an old Binary Sequencer I made following a video by Philip Meyer a few years ago.

It outputs 4 Pitches with a random range for Velocity and Chance.

Just Place it in your UserLibrary/MidiTools folder and it should show up under Generators.
