1.2-UI tweak/ Added ability for both the "Keep" and "Every" amount to be variable.

1.1- Added the ability to delete the muted notes, if you delete the muted notes you'll need to click in the clip anywhere to commit the change and end the current apply cycle.

 Keep1 is super simple, it'll keep 1 out of every nth note and let you rotate which note is kept, all other notes are muted so it's nondestructive and can be changed at any point. I was doing this by hand or with midi effects to split sequences between tracks and wanted a simple and quick way to do it. Maybe someone else will find it useful also.
