A simple device that translates a midi bassline into notes + midi CC events to play the bassline using the TR-8 808 Kick Drum

Simply place on a midi channel with some bass notes and on the channel select the TR-8 as midi output and appropriate channel (10 is the default).

(just updated because it was fucking with the undo history)

Thanks for this great patch! I was just starting to embark on doing this myself when I realized I should search here first. And lo, you've already done it. And FAR better than I would have been able to. Thank you for your hard work!

I know this patch is older, but I'm happy to report it works great with the newer Roland TR-08 and Live 10. I wonder if there's a way to map aftertouch to the plugin's decay knob? That way you could control sustain by just holding down the key.
