Description

Basically this is two max for live devices which you can place on any track.

The first device, monitors the current volume of of the sound in its position in the effect chain with high precision.

The second device, the receiver, can be placed somewhere after a bunch of effects like filters, etc and will adjust the gain of the audio precisely to match the level when the audio passed the sending device.

It let's you mess with filters, eqs, delays, etc and maintain the exact dynamics of the original sound.

Like instead of putting a bunch of compressors after an highpass or lowpass filter to try and maintain a smooth volume you can just use these two devices.

You can also use it for some kind of gating across different tracks.

Cool device. This can be very handy.

    excellent, thanks!

Would it be wise to add these two devices to my default audio / midi tracks, and if so, does each one have to have a unique Channel ID for it to work properly?

It would be nice to "lock" the compensation if needed.

I think I may have found a bug.
The device only seems to work with native Ableton effects (i.e. no Max devices work).
    Is this intended?
