Description

Device for routing midi notes arbitrarily between different parts of your set.

Uses Live's delay compensation to circumvent the latency introduced by Max for Live's inter-device communication restrictions.

The sender device sends the exact transport time with the midi note event.

The receiver device has a defined latency of 512 samples which means it receives the events 512 samples before they need to be sent out. It then just delays them by the necessary amount of time so they leave the device at the correct moment.

Necessary to download the accompanying sender device for this to be useful.

This, and the accompanying Sender, are excellent implementations of a common idea. Great work! Thank you!

Great device! Thank's for sharing! After switching channels on send device I have latched last sound on the channels. Is there a way to fix it?

Just wondering how you set the latency for the device? I'm trying to do something for my own device and can't seem to find the place to set it. Thanks!

Im a new user of max4live and downloaded your device. Looks great. Now im trying to adjust it to my needs. Im looking for a divice that routes four fixed midi numbers from a drumpad(KAT) to four adjustabel midi numbers in a second computer with resolume. Id like to trigger different video's in every scene in Ableton with the drum pad. Can this be done by the router? Im using ableton standard 9..
    Best regards

Hi there! It works perfectly for notes, but it didn't work for knobs in my case. Could you advise by which objects could I make it usable for knobs?
