Description

Displays captions for the knobs and buttons of the BCR2000 controller on a Raspberry Pi 7" Touchscreen.

Dynamically transmits the stored texts over Wi-Fi when activated, thus several caption tables for distinct instruments/layers can coexist in the same Live Set.

As the display application is a simple HTML5 file with a background image, changing colors and styles is almost trivial. It is universally adoptable to any MIDI controller and runs on any hardware with Python3 (for the server) and a sufficiently capable web browser.

These utilites complement the BCR2000 Control device set http://www.maxforlive.com/library/device/1416/bcr2000-control, but can be used independently.
