Description

Gator is a rhythmical gate sequencer device inspired by Reason's Alligator plugin.

The device is designed to be used with Live's Audio Effect Rack where each of the 3 sequencers will be mapped to the gain of an effect chain. Using the same audio source, then the sequencers will open and close each fx chain which you can load with whatever effects you like, but is best given a different filter for each chain at least.

The device has 3 gate sequencers with individual number of steps up to 16. Each sequencer can be mapped to 2 parameters in Live, each having its own ADR envelope for the gate. Probability per step. Manual trigger mode.

    Can all the settings be automated, including the pattern select of each sequencer (1 - 16)?
