---Originl Text---
ParSeq is a very simple step sequencer, made for Launchpad or any other button grid controller. The grid is made of Live buttons so you just have to MIDI assign the buttons of your controller (User 1 or 2 on the Launchpad) to the buttons on the grid. There is an extra row which shows the current step. On the Launchpad you can assign the scene launch buttons to it. You can store presets on the preset object and save them to an external file. You can also assign the Live tab to a controller to select the preset. You can use as many ParSeqs as you want in the same set, and assign them to different pages on you controller (User 1 & 2 on the Launchpad).
I have also made another MIDI device called ParSeqReceive. Look for it on the Library. ParSeqReceive can be placed on another MIDI track on the same set where you have the ParSeq, and it will receive Note On and Off messages from ParSeq. This is useful in case you prefer to have you instruments in different tracks, and not in a Drum Rack. You can also place MIDI clips on that track with pitch sequences, so that the instrument plays those pitches with the Note Ons from ParSeq.
