Description

Labyrinth Seq is a dual generative Midi sequencer freely inspired from the sequencer of the MOOG LABYRINTH semi modular instrument released in 2024. It consists of two generative sequencers which use chance operations to construct two unique paths that twist and curve around each other, forming mesmerising polymetric melodies. The generative nature of this sequencer is loosely reminiscent of the Buchla 266 Source of Uncertainty or Music Thing Turing Machine.

Changelog

V 1.0.1

- Fix a bug on the note quantizer that prevents from keeping its settings when reopening a Live set.

I'm surprised you even have a Labyrinth turing sequencer that seems to have all the Moog Labyrinth features on it. I immediately got this to check out when I go through all my Live things when 12.2 is released. Thanks for the useful devices I'm downloading the other ones later.

This looks sweet!   Thanks for sharing it, stoked to check it out

Very nice indeed ! It does not follow Live's Play.Stop commands at the moment (I have to disable it to make it stop) ? In Live 12, macOS. But very interesting; we could even imagine new 'chain" mode like IDK; alternating the two rows, ot each step of top row triggers the whole bottom row ? Thanks for sharing

It does follow Live Play/Stop if you set the Speed dial to "Sync".
